FAQ - Data Cloud Festival Cannes rentals
What are the dates of Data Cloud 2027 in Cannes?
The 2027 edition of Data Cloud will be held in Cannes from 2 to 4 June, at the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès. Three days during which the city welcomes the major players in cloud computing and digital infrastructure.
Which are the best neighbourhoods to rent in for Data Cloud?
To keep your journeys short and make the most of your stay during Data Cloud, here are the neighbourhoods we recommend:
- Cannes city centre
- La Croisette
- Le Suquet
- La Pointe Croisette and Palm Beach
- La Californie and Montfleury
La Californie and Montfleury are home to large upscale villas, perfect for housing an entire team, but they place you further from the Palais des Festivals. La Pointe Croisette and Palm Beach offer a quiet setting to recharge after a full day. The three other neighbourhoods listed are livelier and just a few minutes' walk away.
What types of accommodation do you offer for rent?
We offer a varied selection of properties for rent:
- Modern studios
- Spacious apartments
- Villas with a garden or swimming pool
- Yachts moored in the port of Cannes
- And more
Every property is suited to the professional needs of your teams: Wi-Fi and high-speed internet access, functional workspaces and proximity to the Palais will let you move from meeting to meeting stress-free.
How far in advance should you book an apartment for Data Cloud?
To benefit from a wide choice of short-term rentals, we recommend booking your accommodation between nine months and a year before the congress begins.
Properties located just steps from the Palais des Festivals go even earlier. The earlier you book, the more choice you'll have, and the surer you can be of housing your whole team together!
What is the minimum length of stay in your properties?
The minimum stay depends on the property chosen, but for Data Cloud, it always covers the entire congress, meaning two to four nights. Nothing to worry about on that front!
Large villas and very big apartments may require a slightly longer stay, and some properties also accept extended stays subject to availability.

What is Data Cloud?
Data Cloud is the common name for the "Datacloud Global Congress".
It is an international professional event dedicated to data centres, cloud computing and digital infrastructure. Every year in Cannes, it brings together decision-makers, experts and companies who come to present their innovations and build their network.
Technology debates, solution demonstrations and meetings with market leaders follow one another over three days. Expect a real buzz throughout the city!
Is the congress open to everyone, or do you need to be a professional?
Data Cloud is aimed mainly at professionals in digital, IT and data centres. Access to the conferences, workshops and exhibitions requires accreditation issued by the organisers or their partners.
A few associated events welcome a wider audience, but the bulk of the programme remains reserved for industry specialists.
